Next Gen – Sep 16-17

The Manitoba Trucking Association has partnered with The Humphrey Group to locally replicate the very popular Next Generation Certificate Program™ for current and future senior leaders in the transportation and logistics sector.  This is an intensive leadership development program designed to equip emerging leaders in the transportation industry with the strong communication skills required of successful leaders.  Each module focuses on a specific area of communication skills development. The overall objective of the program is to provide the next generation of leaders with the ability to inspire action in others – from drivers, to customers, to executive teams.

This program is taught widely, to great acclaim, across many Canadian Trucking Alliance member organizations.   Manitoba transportation and logistics leaders will no longer need to travel out of the province to obtain this type of development.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The Next Generation Certificate Program™ will be delivered in two classroom days, with some on-line work and telecoaching
follow-up. There is also a fully virtual session to aid with remote learners, bite-sized learning segments, and
easy to integrate on-the-job spacing or for owner operators.
   Module 1 – Communicate with Clarity and Intent
   Module 2 – Developing Executive Presence
   Module 3 – Leading in Conversations
   Module 4 – Leading in Meetings
   Module 5 – Building Influential Presentations (on-line) and Tele-coaching

PRICING
• $1700 for members and
• $1995 for non-members.

The next in-person workshop will take place on the weekend of September 16-17 in Winnipeg at the Manitoba Trucking Association, 25 Bunting Street, Winnipeg.
