Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting our website and considering purchasing our products. This Shipping Policy governs the shipping of products from the Manitoba Trucking Association (MTA) on-line store (“us”, “we”, or “our”) to our customers.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2 – 4 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow for additional processing time during peak sale periods.

Shipping Options:

We offer shipping to major centers within Manitoba – specifically – Winnipeg, Brandon, Selkirk, Portage la Prairie, Steinbach, Winkler and Morden – all other locations will be serviced by Canada Post. Shipping options and carriers may vary depending on the destination and the weight and size of the package.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Shipping within the Perimeter Highway in Winnipeg will be $19.95 up to 25 pounds. Shipping to Brandon, Portage la Prairie, Selkirk, Steinbach, Winkler and Morden will be $24.95 up to 25 pounds. Shipping rates to locations other than specified will be through Canada Post and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Out of Province Shipping:

We currently only offer shipping within Canada. All out of province shipments will be done by Canada Post and rates will be based on ship to destination, weight and size of the package.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Orders within Manitoba should be delivered within 10 working days of the order being placed.

Order Issues:

If you have any issues with your order, including lost or damaged packages, please contact us at info@trucking.mb.ca and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns:

All clothing items purchased from our store are considered final sale. Once a clothing item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason except as required by law.
