If your company has 20 or more employees then you’re required to have a safety and health committee. 19 or fewer employees? You must have a Safety and Health Representative. Safety and health committee members and representatives are entitled to participate in training related to their responsibilities in this role. This first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for Adults, Children and Infants. This course, provided by St. John Ambulance, is suitable for workplace requirements. RPM’s Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C & AED training is a benefit for those registered in in the RPM Program. In order to register for the course, your company must be registered with RPM and currently working towards, or have achieved SAFE Work Certification.
