Information for Career Fair Exhibitors:
Our goal is to create the largest trucking exposition in Manitoba to promote the many opportunities available in our industry!
When: May 31, 2025
Where: Red River Exhibition Hall (floor plan)
Who: Anyone looking to promote career pathways or career opportunities in the trucking industry, including carriers, trades, and educational institutions. If you are based in Manitoba or operate in Manitoba and are looking for Manitoba-based employees, this is the opportunity for you to help others find their opportunity in Manitoba’s trucking industry! Please note that this event is a career/hiring fair, not a trade show or conference.
How: MTA has booths for sale starting at $500 for a 10 x 10.

In addition to the career expo the event will have the Professional Truck Driving Championship Competition on-site for attendees to watch, a Show & Shine area to check out the the coolest trucks, food trucks, and a children’s area. Parking is free and MTA will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the Unicity Mall parking lot for those taking transit.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Booths will be provided with:
- Pipe and drape walls
- One (1) 6ft table (decorated)
- Two (2) standard chairs
- Badges for up to five (5) Exhibitors.
- Access to the public wi-fi on-site
- Public App presence
Not included:
- Power – can be booked via this form or added on via show management up to 14 days prior to event.
- Booth carpeting – can be booked through exhibitor services. (needs link)
Booth placement is at the discretion of show management. Please ensure you have read the Exhibitor Handbook and accept all terms and conditions.
