Andrew recently joined Covello Financial Group (CFG) in May of 2024 as the Director of Business Development after almost four years working for the government of Manitoba having served in different senior roles as a political staffer. For three years Andrew was the Chief of Staff to the Provincial Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure and was then promoted to a Special Advisor to serve Manitoba’s first ever female Premier.

Andrew is passionate about creating long lasting personal and professional relationships with members of the Manitoba Trucking Association (MTA). With Andrew’s unique background in strategic government relations and with an already existing and established working relationship with the MTA, Andrew has set the stage for meaningful engagement and relationship building within the trucking industry to support companies’ individual growth and success. Yet also supporting a collaborative partnership between the MTA and CFG for the benefit of MTA members and CFG clients.
