Operations Manager

Manny is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Manitoba Trucking Association and RPM. He supports the Executive Director in executing the organization’s strategic plan. This includes developing budgets, forecasting and managing costs for the association, human resource matters including hiring and retaining employees, and overseeing events, projects, and employee training. He also manages contractors, consultants, and their contracts related to the overseeing of building facility & maintenance. Manny is passionate about workplace culture and has a keen interest in driving customer service success.
