Tatiana is the Workforce Development Coordinator and will be working closely with the MTA Trucking Sector Council Program. With over ten years' experience in HR, Tatiana has experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance development, and policy and procedure development. Tatiana is focused on ensuring organizations have the right talent at the right time to meet their strategic objectives, and is particularly passionate about creating comprehensive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top performers, promoting long-term growth for both employees and organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, meeting new people and learning about new cultures.
