September 1 to 7  is National Trucking Week, and the staff at the MTA take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for your part in making this a great industry!

We have a number of projects and events on the go in support of this year’s industry celebration.

• Look for us at the scales at Headingley and Emerson as we will be handing out refreshments to drivers
• Keep your eyes open for a special insert in the Winnipeg Free Press on Wed September 4
• Check out our  PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT  with Shaw/Global that will air on A&E, FOX NEWS, NFL, SPEED & SPIKE networks from September to November
• We encourage you to email your week long celebration pictures to llapalme@trucking.mb.ca so we can use them in the next  newsletter, & for those of  you who ordered  “I  Love Trucking” shirts send pictures of those as well!
