The RPM team has worked diligently to create a modified path towards certification for the 1-3 employee/person trucking company. Up until now trucking companies had to take four separate one-day certification courses and complete the 19 or fewer employee certification audit.

It is next to impossible for operations of this size to free up the time to complete this training, and many of the questions in the 19 or fewer employee certification audit were not applicable. With the help of SafeWork Manitoba, RPM is able to offer employers of this size this simplified path towards certification.
