The purpose of the material in this RPM Safety Program: Element N (industry specific) Workshop is to review each question in the SAFE Work Manitoba audit tool, giving a clear vision of what the tool is asking for, what is required for each question, as well as some best practices.
Element N is the industry specific part of the SafeWork Certification audit. It focuses on the key areas within industry safety. The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of what is required for element N in the SafeWork Certification audit.
The lessons are laid out in the following order:
- Lesson 1: Workplace Environment
- Lesson 2: Hazardous Materials & Dangerous Goods and Wellbeing
- Lesson 3: Working Alone and In Confined Spaces
- Lesson 4: Equipment and Traffic Control
There are questions that you need to answer correctly placed periodically throughout this workshop to verify understanding. A final test will need to be passed to complete this workshop.
