Whether you’re new to training or looking to refine your approach, this course delivers a comprehensive foundation in effective facilitation.
Participants explore adult learning principles, learning styles, assessment strategies, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. A key component of the program is the practical presentation assessment, where participants design and deliver their own instructional session using the skills learned throughout the course. This ensures graduates leave not just with knowledge — but with proven, demonstrated ability.

This course will give the future trainer or seasoned trainer a better understanding of how adults learn, their roles as an instructor, how to create an effective lesson, and practice their skills with a practical test. The course is designed for trainers at all levels of your facility that want to further develop an understanding of the way their students learn.
