About the speakers:

Driving Wellness Mental Health for Trucking Professionals

The trucking industry presents unique mental health challenges, with long hours, isolation, demanding schedules, and high stress often taking a toll on office staff and drivers’ emotional and psychological well-being.
This session will explore the critical role mental health plays in both personal well-being and professional performance within the trucking sector.

Attendees will gain insights into how untreated mental health issues can lead to burnout, decreased safety on the road, and lower job satisfaction.
