RPM is excited to announce a series of workshops and webinars including mental health and wellness, situational awareness, ergonomics, hazardous occurrence reporting, and the journey to becoming TCOR certified.

Mental Health and Wellness: Managers and Leaders Course (October 7, In-Person)

9:00am – 5:00pm – Full Day Course

This training has been created to help managers become effective leaders in mental health and wellness in the workplace. When staff are connected, engaged, and happy at work they will become more engaged, productive, and will ultimately perform at a higher rate.

After completing the course, participants will have:

  • A new awareness on mental health and wellness and the impact on employees in the workplace,
  • Knowledge of the psychological and social risk factors that may create barriers in the work environment,
  • Developed skills to communicate and respond effectively with employees who may be experiencing mental health concerns,
  • Effective tools and approaches that reduce stigma, as well as help support and improve one’s own resilience along with employee resilience, and
  • Knowledge of creating a healthy and supportive workplace culture that promotes mental health and wellness

RPM: Journey to Certification Webinar (October 14, Online)

11:00am – 12:00pm, CST

This webinar will provide an introduction to the SAFE Work Certified program and its role in helping organizations build and maintain effective workplace health and safety systems. Participants will gain an understanding of the benefits of certification, the steps involved in achieving certification, and the key requirements organizations must meet throughout the process. The session will also explore how certification supports a culture of continuous improvement and discuss the ongoing activities needed to maintain certification and demonstrate a lasting commitment to workplace safety.

TuMeke: Ergonomics in the Workplace Webinar (October 14, Online)

1:00pm – 2:00pm, CST

TuMeke is an innovative A.I. ergonomics and motion-analysis platform designed to help organizations identify and reduce workplace ergonomic risks. In this webinar, we will review TuMeke’s key features, demonstrate how the system captures and analyzes worker movements, and explain how results are generated. Participants will gain an understanding of how TuMeke can be used to evaluate tasks, support safety initiatives, and help improve workplace ergonomics.

Situational Awareness Workshop (October 20, In-Person)

9:00am – 12:30pm – Half Day Course

Stay aware, stay prepared. This train-the-trainer style course prepares trucking industry safety professionals and leaders to teach their teams the core principles of situational awareness whether it be on the road, at rest stops, or at the office. Through a deep look at mindset, human reactions to stress, levels of alertness, and the decision-making process, attendees will learn how to model and pass on effective situational safety behaviors.

With enhanced observational skills, you’ll be equipped to help your staff recognize changing conditions, reduce risk, and create a proactive safety culture throughout your operation.

RPM: Hazardous Occurrence Reporting Workshop (October 28, In-Person)

This workshop will cover the Hazardous Occurrences Reporting and Recording Procedure, including how to fill out the Hazardous Occurrence Investigation Report Form.

Chelsey Gulak, is the Safety Program Manager at RPM, with extensive experience developing, implementing, and auditing occupational health and safety programs. With a background in the trucking industry, she specializes in helping organizations build effective safety management systems that support compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. Drawing on her experience supporting organizations through the SAFE Work Certified process, Chelsey provides practical guidance on certification requirements, implementation strategies, and maintaining certification through strong health and safety practices. Her hands-on approach helps organizations create safer workplaces and foster a lasting culture of safety.

TuMeke: Ergonomics in the Workplace Webinar – Cesar Najera

Cesar Najera is the Senior Safety Program Advisor at RPM, working with organizations to develop and strengthen workplace safety programs. Drawing on his experience in workplace in ergonomics, Cesar will demonstrate how TuMeke’s AI-powered motion analysis technology can help organizations identify ergonomic hazards and implement controls for safer work practices.

Situational Awareness Workshop – Dale (Skip) Sklepowich

Dale Sklepowich (Skip), a former JTF 2 operator, brings over a decade of elite military experience to personal security training. His service with Canada’s tier one special operations force underpins his expert instruction at Casca Group Inc., where he equips families and professionals with life-saving situational awareness skills. RPM: Hazardous Occurrence Reporting Workshop – Amanda Gavrailoff

Amanda Gavrailoff brings over a decade of experience in the trucking industry, with a strong background in transportation, safety, and continuous improvement. As a member of RPM’s team, she works closely with clients to build relationships, assess processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support engagement with health and safety initiatives. In this workshop, she will share practical insights and experiences with hazardous occurrence reporting.
