RPM Course Cancellation Policy

 **Please note that we have had to implement a course registration policy for our first aid courses. While most of our training courses are free for those registered in or certified by RPM Trucking Industry Safety, there is a cost for RPM to host the training. Unfortunately, an increasing number of registered participants for our Emergency/Standard First Aid and Psychological First Aid are either not showing up or cancelling within a few hours of the course start time. This has an impact on our courses and overall training program.

For this reason, RPM is implementing a course registration policy effective November 01, 2020 for our Emergency/Standard First Aid and Psychological First Aid courses. All companies have 5 business days to cancel an individual, if the cancellation is after 5 business days you will not be given a full refund. If a registered individual does not show for the course a fee of $100 will be charged to the company. You can send an alternate student if the individual registered cannot make it.
