Duration: 8 hours (Lunch Provided)
Description: This first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for Adults, Children and Infants. This course, is provided by RPM Safety and is suitable for workplace requirements.
To meet the demand for this course, RPM has added a course date every month and a Saturday course date quarterly. Please note that our first aid training will only be offered at our location. This course is a member benefit only. In order to register, your company must be registered with RPM and currently working towards, or have achieved SAFE Work Certification. RPM members can receive a 15% discount on all services provided through St. John’s Ambulance as long as they are participants in the RPM program. St. John’s Ambulance will confirm your RPM participation after you’ve inquired with them.
**Starting January 1, 2023, the price for this course will be increasing to $25.00 plus GST per person.**

- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR & the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- How to apply first-aid (e.g. cuts, scrapes, bleeds, bloody noses, fainting, seizures, how to use an EpiPen)
- Mental Health Awareness
