2024 MTA Fall Gala Meal Choice

We require this form to be completed no later than November 01, 2024, in order to submit accurate information to the RBC Convention Centre.  As well, if anyone in your party has food allergies or dietary restrictions please include that information in the appropriate field so we can also share this with the kitchen staff.

Soup: Roasted butternut squash with candied pumpkin seeds and chili oil

Main  Mixed grill – 4 oz Angus Beef Tenderloin with Chicken with thyme and cracked black pepper, potatoes, au jus, roasted vegetables.

Dessert: Double D’s Rolo Cheesecake

Menu Option 2:

Main: Miso Marinated Portobello Mushroom Carpaccio with charred baby bok choy, pepper and wild rice pilaf, gochujang marinated grilled tofu, puffed wild rice, tahini sauce.

Dessert: Double D’s Rolo Cheesecake
